Reflection: In this topic we talk about the space travels and all those things, and we expose with a partner about the future oh these trips. We listened all our partners about the new suites of the astronauts and the new technologies they will use and the probability of send humans to Mars. It was interesting and was good topic to learn all those things.

Reflection: In this topic we saw a new vocabulary to study in other country, because we learned about the costs and special words to apply in other school in other country. Also we saw a video about a school-safari and it was interesting, but in my opinion It was a lot of nature.

Reflection: In this unit, we learned about the dangers of the animals, and we saw new vocabulary that help me to avoid those situations. We saw a video about a company which destroy a lot of things to prevent the bad use of the new technologies. That was good, because  I think destroy all those thing are funny and it's a good job.

Reflection: In this activity of the unit 10,  we searched about a legend or a myth to discuss about it. First, we searched in some web pages facts about the chosen myth, in my specific case, my partner and me choose the mermaids, and we found a lot of information about it, because I saw a documentary about the mermaids in Animal Planet and I liked it. After that, we discuss if we believe or not about the existence of the mermaids. In my case, I think they exist because the latest researches say the could live with the wales and they say the science have more knowledge about the universe than the deep of the ocean. To finish, we wrote our research of the mermaids in 10 lines.

Reflection: In my record, the most of the words I say, I think, have not a good pronunciation, and I need to practice my pronuntiation, because I have a better knowledge of the words in english, but I need to do it better.

Writing

Reflection: With those exercises, I learned the use of the negative questions, because I never listened this subject before, because in spanish is not used commonly, and rarely we speak or write with those questions. The use of those questions are necessary because with those we express our feelings to surprise or other.

Reading

Reflection: This reading was so interesting, because the most of the people think the sports are good for the children, but one study says the opposite. When I was reading this, It sound logical for the lack of time of the kids, because they don't have enough time to do their homework or something to learn of the school. It was interesting and this reading is in my workbook.

Unit 6

Reflection: We do eight exercises in the laboratory, and three was for listening and practicing the topics. All the activities was short, and the listening was so good, because we saw a fragment of a movie, and  we answered the questions. I felt those exercises were more interactive and interesting, and I liked to do all of them. In the class we practiced the speaking, saying the answers for some questions, and it was good because all the group participated, and I learned the topic of indirect questions.

Reflection: We do this paragraph, and when we realize it, we do it wrong because we needed to follow a format and we don't do it; so, we do it again and this is our writing using the answers of the excercise. It was difficult to create the story, but the answers was easy.

Reading

For my homework, I need to read a lot, and the text are in english, so I practice my english reading all those articles from UK or USA. One of the latest article I have read, is the history of Syria, the conflict of the nuclear weapons and how it affect to the econnomy, the pollution, the people. I read this article fom The Guardian, a newspaper from UK.

My speaking don´t have fluency, but I tried a lot of times the speaking and I don't have the correct fluency. With all the practiced in the class, I have the vocabulary and I need to practice more.

Reflection: Using certificated web pages, the structure of a speaking change, it sounds formal and with facts. In the scpecial case of the numbers, I need to practice the extensive numbers, because I have problems when they have a lot of digits.

Reflection: The last investigations had specific words, with special terms in the cientific ambit. All this vocabulary we have to be present, because are subjects of the day, and problems for the people in the future. In english are a lot of information abour this, and we can learn more reading all this information.

Reflection: With the exercise, I improve my fluency and my skill to think faster what I'm going to say in a conversation, and to think in english, not translate from spanish to english.

 Reflection: I had two errors; one was of a word with a similar meaning in spanish, and the other was of grammar, so I need to learn more the structure of the sentences and practice.

Reflection: With this article in the book, I learned new words focused in an ambiental scnene, I'm studying biotechnology, and sometimes my professor's give me a homework to read articles in english, and the last time I read one, I saw those words.

Reflection: We practiced with gerunds and a vocabulary in  especific, so we did a conversation about a fear, for example the fear for the exams.  It's a regular fear in students, so we represent it.

Reflection: With this vocabulary, we can expand our knowledge understanding new text in english.  In my case, was 3 words I don't understand, but with this excersise I understood the meaning and when I was reading National Geographic, I read those words and I can learn what they say. 

Reflection: Before, I don't understood the use of may, could and might; I thank these word was the same meaning, but in this excercise I saw they have a special meaning. When I did my conversation, I knew how to use them in the correct moment.
